Vodafone – The last Part
Da habe ich mich heute morgen wohl zu früh gefreut. Vorhin kam per Post meine Kündigungsbestätigung, da DSL an unserem neuen Wohnort nicht möglich ist. Zumindest nicht für Vodafone. Gut das ich den Brief vom letzten Mal noch nicht zurück gesendet habe, nun kann ich den Hinweis wieder löschen.
Nun werde ich mich über einen T-DSL Anschluss und einem richtigen Telefonanschluss informieren. T-DSL ist in Rhode schließlich verfügbar (habe es mit der Tel.-Nr. von einer anderen Partei im Mehrfamilienhaus geprüft, meine Eltern eine Straße weiter habens auch):
Von Voice-Over-IP bin ich leider nicht so angetan, fällt DSL mal aus, ist auch das Telefon weg. Muss bei einem extra Telefonanschluss nicht der Fall sein. Zudem hatte ich bei Vodafone immer mal Probleme, entweder ging der Ping extrem hoch, sobald jemand telefonierte, die Vermittlung dauerte gefühlt ewig. Ab und an schmierte auch mal der Router ab und wir haben es nicht mitbekommen, da wir gerade mal nicht im Internet waren. Schön ist das nicht.
Nun werde ich mich mal informieren, ob ich noch ein paar nette Sachen abgreifen kann. So gibt es etwa 170€ Wechselprämie von der Telekom, wäre doch ein nettes Taschengeld.
Ich werde weiter berichten, aber hoffentlich wird es keine Telekom Neverending Story!

Also wenn ich noch ein Telefon hätte, würde ich das mal versuchen an meinen Anschluss anzuschließen. Wär interessant zu wissen, nur ums nochmal gemacht zu haben!

..Bin jetzt seit Jahren komplett auf Mobilfunk umgestiegen, die Telekom bringt mir nurnoch Internet ins Haus. Lebt sich sehr gut damit!
Hiho… bei der telekom welche geschwindigkeit? wahrscheilich unter 2000, oder ? Dann schaltet Vodafone meistens nicht, weils zu wenig vür VoIP ist. Denn bei dir wird es über Bitstream realisiert.
Laut Auftragsbestätigung der Telekom wohl nur 1000. Werde mich aber noch mal erkundigen, da alle Nachbarstraßen (auch die weiter weg vom Verteiler sind) min. 3000 haben. Zur Not muss ich halt mit der niedrigen Bandbreite leben müssen.
